My Internet Addiction Score

I took a survey for the addiction of internet in the website which contains http://www.netaddiction.com. Here is the result of the survey :

I think I have to write a script for doing the same and put it in my website. It will be useful and I will ask the people to go through it. By doing so I will conduct the study on number of people being addicted in the Internet.
